Solved RAM Question: What does L3CL vs PC3L mean?

Specs: Windows 7
I have 2 sticks of ram one is Kingston KTD-L3CL/4GB and the other ram from another company shows PC3L/4GB what is the difference between the L3CL and the PC3L if any?

The Kingston RAM appears to be low voltage DDR3-1600 SODIMM generally used in laptops:

The PC3L/4GB is also low voltage DDR3 but I can't tell what speed it is or whether it's for a laptop or desktop. If they're both the same physical size, it's laptop RAM.
