Specs: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
My Motherboard Is Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3L. Is Kingston HyperX Genesis DDR3 1600 CL9 Compatible With It?

In theory that RAM should work. That said, Gigabyte has a list of tested RAM at thier site. Look at the link below.

In my opinion RAM that required more than standard voltage is simply being juiced to run at faster speeds. You can do that yourself. I usually stick with RAM that is built to specs or very close. In this case 1.5V. The RAM you listed is listed as requiring 1.65V. See the link below.

I agree with OtheHill. According to the JEDEC standard, DDR3 RAM is supposed to run at 1.5v. The fact that yours is spec'd to run at 1.65v means that it's probably not true DDR3-1600. If you haven't bought it yet, I suggest you select something else, for example:
