RAID or non-RAID and cache

Specs: Windows XP Pro, 1 or 2 GB
which would have better system/application performance
results, on average OR which would you go with:

- 4 MB L2 cache, 2 GB RAM, non-RAID
or
- 2 MB L2 cache, 1 GB RAM, hw RAID 0

4 MB L2 cache, 2 GB RAM, non-RAID

The RAID probably isn't going to make much difference unless you are doing disk-intensive work. The 2GB RAM will make a noticeable difference.
