Do you mean the wires coming from the front panel for the on/off switch and the power and HD LED's? (If these aren't the ones you mean then post back additional info) I couldn't find a manual for that model so can only give general info. Sometimes the connections are in a single plug and sometimes they're separate--a 2-wire connector for the on/off, a 2-wire connector for the power LED and another one for the HD LED.

The connecting pins on the motherboard are usually on the bottome edge of the board. There almost always will be some notation on the motherboard by the pins indicating which ones go where. If they're individual connections the ones for the LEDs are polarized and only work one way. The on/off is not polarized and can be installed either way.

Usually the HD led wires are red(+) and white and the power led wires are green(+) and white.

So if you don't have a manual you'll have to take a close look at the motherboard and see if you can find the notations identifying the pins.
