Solved PSU wiring diagram for Delta Electronic model DPS-1085AB A

Specs: Windows 7
Please help me. I have Delta Electronic model DPS-1085AB A REV:00; COMPAC P/N: 30-56549 The rear therminals consist of 2 large female (#39 & #40); 32-jumper output therminals; and 6 medium size female therminals. How is jumper connection for activating/ starting the unit.

That isn't the make and model of your computer, it is the make and
model of the power supply.

Also, you haven't said clearly what it is you want to know.

Since you originally posted in the Windows 7 discussion area, I
assumed that you were asking about your computer and mistook
the PSU make and model for the computer make and model.
That would be the most visible label inside the box. My apologies
if you are actually asking about connections to the PSU.

I found that it's a 1085W PSU out of an HP server but couldn't find a wiring diagram. Here's a view of the rear of the PSU showing the terminals you mentioned:
