Problem with GDDR2 Video Card to DDR3 board?

Specs: Windows 7, Pentium 4 HT series 3.00 Ghz/2 GB of Ram DDR3
hey guys I just need some help!......

my computer restarts when i extend my display to other monitor... i tried to reformat it again and again and again!!............
nothing change still the problem exist.
i wonder if my DDR2 Video Card was the problem,
because my motherboard supports DDR3 of RAM... is that the problem???

*GeForce 7300 GS 256mb
*(MSI) G41 -P33 Combo
Windows 7 32 - Bit

No it's not. System ram and video ram are two different things. You might try installing the latest driver for the card. You can find them on the nvidea site.

As stated, the memory has nothing to do with it. It's not a very good card though, just a step or 2 better than onboard video. If the latest drivers don't fix the problem, consider replacing the card.
