Wrong format for the player to use?

Hi Jefro
thank you for your reply
unfortunately, I do not understand what you are on about as it has been used previously by myself.
Could you please tell me how I can re format it or do I need to find a driver for it?

many thanks
Barry

I was guessing the files you placed on it were not in a format that the player could play,

Since you say it did work then I don't think that is the case and am out of ideas.

It says root so maybe move the files to the highest part of the player. As in don't use any folders to store films.

Hi Jefro
thank you for your reply
unfortunately, I might have deleted something previously when I have deleted some films, I was hoping to find the root file.
I think that if I could locate the root file them I can move the films to the root file
any help would be appreciated.

Root is normally some location not always where one may think.

In windows the root tends to be C:\ or D:\ or such.

If this is linux based or other based then root could actually mean root folder.

Contact the OEM maybe for more ideas.
