Problem R4870-MD1G

March 10, 2010 at 11:20:40
Specs: Windows 7, AMD X4 965 Phenom II/4Gb DDR3
I have a problem with my graphical card. While gaming I get after a while black stripes on my screen and a couple of moments later the pc hangs. I have 2 MSI R4870-MD1G 1024MB GDDR5 PCI EXPRESS graphical cards connected with crossfire. I tried them both seperately, but still the same problem.

Other hardware in the pc:
MSI 790GX-G65 AMD 790GX SOCKET AM3
AMD X4 965 PHENOM II 64BIT QUAD-CORE PROCESSOR AM3 BLACK EDITION BOXED WITH COOLER
PATRIOT DUAL CHANNEL DDR3 4GB 133MHZ VIP
CORSAIR TX750 POWER SUPPLY, ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY, HIGH PERFORMANCE (CMPSU-750TX)
(Monitor SAMSUNG 2343NW 23 INCH WIDE LCD SCREEN)

I have installed the latest drivers for my VGA and BIOS.

Someone has any idea?
Thanks.

I monitored my gpy temp while i had the black stripes.
GPU Temperature [°C]: 51
Fan Speed [%]: 52
GPU Load [%]: 95
Fan Speed [RPM]: between 1300 and 1650
GPU Temp.(DISPIO) [°C]: 52.5
GPU Temp.(MEMIO) [°C]: 67
GPU Temp.(SHADERCORE) [°C]: 59

Is there something that is not good? Because I don't know much about standards for these.
