Solved Problem printing to PDF

Specs: Windows 10, 64 bit OS/4 GB
I attempt to save my Quicken reconciliation report to PDF. I choose "Quicken PDF Printer of NUL" and hit Print, followed by a message of "printer not being activated with an error code of -30." This if followed by a message saying "the pdf file you want to replace is in use by another application. Please close that application and try again."

I have no idea what this refers to or where to go from here. Any ideas?

If you simply select the file/ "print" option is there not a dropdown option/menu labelled pdf - and that drop down includes "save" as pdf?

There is on my Canon Printer dialogue box. It's there on a Mac OSX system; and I presume that dialogue will much the same in windows?

And I found this from 2018...

which if you scroll through (read all responses on the way) to lower down there's a possible solution

And this is essentially the method I suggested above - from Quicken...
