you should have advised which email service (e.g. Yahoo) you are printing from as there are quite a few.
Also are the computer and printer freestanding or on a network.
Try pressing F5 at various stages when attempting to print. This reloads everything fresh, instead of using stored cookies etc which may have become corrupted.
Have you tried using a different pc and printer located elsewhere?
If so, is the print ok?
