Solved Printer running under Win 7 will not print labels for ebay.

Specs: Windows 7
My printer dell, only prints 1 label and then I have to restart the computer to get the printer to finish the labels. I have windows 7 and use firefox and seamonkey open at the same time. Makes no difference if I only start one or the other same problem with both. I have uninstalled the printer and reinstalled and gotten updates but doesn't matter.

Has it always been this way with the labels? How about with other printing jobs for other documents?

If these are the prepaid Pitney Bowes mailing labels I seem to recall it only allows you to print one per package. Maybe that's causing a problem if you're trying to print several different ones in one session.

Thank you for responding. No it hasn't always done this but wonder since I have 2 browsers going at the same time on 1 monitor and the same cpu if that isn't causing the problem? I can print 1 label and then I go thru the routine of printing the other labels I need to complete my shipments and then restart the computer and then the memory kicks in from the printer and spits out the remaining labels. Hope this make sense as I am not a techie. Sorry if that is not PC.

So the print jobs have gone to the printer but it's just not printing them out. You might check the printer settings. If you double click on the printer it should show jobs waiting to be printed. Do you recall any specific changes you made just before this started happening?

The only things I have done was to have 2 browsers going and I also have pandora radio on my computer. When I go to print it starts like it is going to and just stops. Do I have too much going on to cause this issue. I do click on the pending jobs and it shows that 1 is printing but does nothing. I have gone into settings both on the printer and in the control panel but I see nothing that would tell me what is going on but then again nothing jumps out at me. Thank you for taking the time to help.

The only way to tell if it's associated with other software would be to shut off the other software and see if the problem goes away.

Will it print from safe mode? I don't have a windows7 machine at the moment so can only give general suggestions but if it prints from safe mode that would likely mean it's a software or maybe a driver problem.
