If you're going to build a machine, you should know how to use Google by now. Why exactly those parts? Is there something special about those?

Where you buy these components, and how much they are going to cost you, rather depends upon whereabouts in the world you live. If I wanted them I would get in my car, drive down the road to Novatech in Portsmouth, UK, and hand over my money. This may not be convenient for you, even if you live in the UK.

Use your local version of Google to locate suppliers.

- this is generally a US forum, so most of the responses or links you get will be to US vendors such as newegg. Since you mentioned Euros, you're obviously not from the US. What country are you from?

- Chieftec power supply sucks. If you already have it, I suggest you either return it or sell it, then buy something decent. You'll be sorry if you don't.

- you can probably configure a better system if you can get your brother to consider other parts. For instance, why would he use DDR3-1333? If he feels he's that good at selecting parts, why doesn't he just build the system himself?
