Specs: Windows Vista, 3gig
Alright so its been like 6 months my computer
started freezing no blue screens, go it
proffesionaly formated twice first time it lasted
1 week 2nd time it last 2 months but now it
owuld freeze but everything go non-responding
then freeze, i run memtest eventually after a
lot of tries it finally goes long enough not to
freeze 1 of my 2gig sticks had errors and my
1gig had no errors, so i used the 1 gig
everything worked but playing world of warcraft
online game would freeze in like 5-10mins. i
bought new 2 gig corsair dominator ram and
get freezing, every forum says it was faulty so
i send back for replacement, now i must of had
atlease 5 different kinds of blue screens and
also my screen goes black then back on and
says something about my drivers, i updated
my graphics card drivers and hadnt seen
anything bad yet, also it doesnt freeze
anymore just blue screens, but sometimes
screen says no signal then restarts my
computer.

What kindof card did you have in the first place? What did you replace your video card with? 1 gig of ram should be enough to play wow and run xp. My two suggestions are that either you didn't uninstall and then reinstall you video card drivers or one of the dimm ports is bad on you motherboard. That will also read as bad ram in a ram test. Try playing with different ram on different ports of your motherboard. Also make sure you uninstall allnvidia or ati drivers if you switched from one or the other barnd. If that doesn't work then you need to edit your registry and delete all the keys for your video card but for a rokkie it might be easier to reformat

From what you said....it sounds like the hard drive is getting ready to fail.

If you formatted and the memory is good but it only work for a week or two .... then there is a read error.

Ok if it's hdd failure like worldlibrary said, enable S.M.A.R.T in bios and download hdd diagnostic software from manufacture website to test hdd. Make sure u got compatible ram for your motherboard. Another possibillity is gpu overheat, what is your gpu temp?
