So I just got my Asus Sabertooth P67 and my Corsair Vengeance RAM is so tall the first card won't fit under my Cooler Master V6 CPU Cooler. I need to know If I can run the DDR3 cards in the second channel, still leaving the empty slot between the cards of course, just moving them both over one. If not I'll just take the heat-sink off one of the cards.

See More: Placement of cards.

I'm not sure I quite understand, but ram doesn't need a heatsink on it. If you bought some that have a heatsink on them and it is removable, you can take them off.

This is the Ram I got:

CPU Cooler:

When I place it into the memory slot closest to the CPU (DIMM A1) the heatsink from my CPU will not fit. My Question is can I install my RAM into slots A2 and B2 on the Asus Sabertooth P67 Motherboard.

You can, but check your manual too see what slots need to be used to enable dual channel mode. If you want to use all the slots eventually, you'll need to use a standard cpu heatsink.
