Please I wonder anyone can help me here.

I recently change the ink cartridges and try a test print but everything comes out blank. I have unclogged the print head with warm as per YouTube but still coming out blank, The printer is only 18 months old.

Try cleaning the electrical contacts between the printer and cartridge (both sides) with rubbing alcohol and Q-Tips.
Use the printer's head cleaning process and you may need to do it more than once.
It is possible that you got a bad cartridge, especially if it was a refilled one.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Try doing a test print from the control panel on the printer itself. If it does print, you know the hardware is ok and the printer is not communicating properly with your computer. If it doesn't print, then you know something is wrong with the printer.

I had the same problem with my MG7160. It would print blank pages every time I tried a print job. When I did a nozzle check and pattern print, it was missing the PGBK pattern. I tried the nozzle clean and deep clean several times and it was not working.
Finally I found a YouTube video that showed how to remove the print head and then run it under warm water! Yes, sounds insane, but it was a last resort method and it worked!!!
Just search for "Canon print head clean water" key words - there's actually a few on there that show this method.
