Philips LCD Monitor for old PC wont turn on

Specs: Windows 7
Hi, I wanted to turn on my old PC but it seems that the monitor doesn't want to connect to it. Keeps showing no video input error. The monitor and cables work, I tested them out. Now I don't have a video card on the PC but I do have an intergrated one. http://cdnsupport.gateway.com/s/PC/... my PC. Could be that the intergrated video card needs to be turned on again or something.

If you're sure the monitor works, then the problem is with the computer. It could be the integrated graphics chips died or the power supply or the CPU. Are you getting any beeps at startup?

No. It turned once a couple minutes ago, but now I can't turn it back on again.
