Since you mentioned "customer", you apparently build or repair computers? If so, you should know better. There are dozens & dozens of "modern" PCI graphics cards available. That card is from 1996! Why would you buy such an outdated piece of crap? I can only assume you bought it because it was extremely cheap (< $10?). Buy a card that's from 2000 or later.
