Specs: Windows XP
My computer will not allow me to read this flash drive any longer, I need to remove and transfer data so that it can be accessed. Can it be attached to another drive....? Please help! I must have the info from this drive. It is not the computer because it reads the other one. Just the one with the data on it has stopped working. It seems loose as I insert. There must be some way to remove these files. It has worked fine for months.

Try it in a different computer or a different USB port.
With flash drives they either work or not. You should never use them for storage of irreplaceable data. They are a transfer medium not meant for backup storage.

Where are you looking for the drive? Look in Disk Management.
