June 9, 2009 at 06:42:06
Specs: Windows XP, 512
Power Supply bad, smells burnt, replaced PS, now the power button is green as soon as you plug it in, the HD light is yellow and the monitor light turns green, But the PC isn't booting, I'm suspecting the MB.... Any Thoughts????

Yep, at the very least it's the motherboard if it powers up with no power button or changes to the mobo connections otherwise - you'll need to change that to find out if anything else is bad.

You've double-checked the power connections (not jammed in backwards) and 12V 4-pin power if you have one?
