Solved PC won't boot after I uninstalled a ID protect program from

My pc windows 10 will not rest or upgrade as I may of removed or accidentally a file. How do i get it back, could I get it back by rebooting my pc with a certain boost cd.

You can repair Windows System Files by running Tweaking.com:

You download it, install it, restart in Safe Mode, Launch it, perform all pre scan options, and then do the recommended repairs.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
