Solved PC Turns On No Display No Beeps HELP

Specs: DOS 6.22 Windows 3.11, i486dx2-66/32 mb
I am at my whits end. I have a HOT-433 ver 4.0 motherboard with an Intel 486dx2 CPU running at 66 mhz. The PSU is a KingStar KC-250. My problem is when i built this machine it wouldn't turn on. I thought the motherboard was bad so I bought a new motherboard but when I plugged it into the PSU nothing happened. I later found out that the PSU was dead. (silly me). So I replaced the PSU but the PC won't POST. The LED's, Hard Drive, CD-ROM, LAN card, and fans turned on but I didn't see anything on the screen and I didn't hear any beeps either.I tried the ram in another machine and the ram worked fine. I visually inspected the motherboard and I didn't see anything wrong, (no burn markings, no browning, no fried caps). Could I have killed the new motherboard by plugging it into the dead PSU? If not then why don't I see display or hear anything? Thanks :)

P.S. I think the CPU is good too.

Maybe ebay, but why that particular motherboard? It'd probaby be easier to find any 486 motherboard than an exact one.

Yeah, a bad PSU can ruin a motherboard.

Are you sure the jumpers or dip switch are set correctly for a dx2-66? FSB would be 33 with an x2 multiplier.

yeah. I have the jumpers set according to the manual. But if my mobo is bad do you know where I can find another HOT433 ver4.0 motherboard?
