PC requested to reboot

Specs: Windows XP, CPU
upon starting up my PC the message was:
Select reboot to boot and insert the boot device..

my master and slave hard disk are undetected and also the SATA1 and SATA 2..

how to fix this..help

Someone else used my Personal desktop at home and I dont know what he did.. then as I turn on my PC the message was Select reboot to boot and insert the boot device..

I can also hear a sound beep on my CPU and the light on the reset button was already red..I go to the Boot setup then I notice that the master hard disk and my slave hard disk status was undetected..

Go into BIOS and select Default Settings, then Save and Exit

He probably stolen the HDD.
