PC Reboots 4 Seconds after power on

Specs: Win XP, CPU Error
My PC Reboots itself 4 seconds after turning it on, could it be that i have no CPU inserted lol or something else.

There can be a number of possible causes for this including a clogged or failing CPU fan, a faulty powersupply, faulty drive or any number of other things.

What? Did someone open your case and steal your CPU? Did you look to see if your CPU is missing?

Without a CPU you cannot boot. You will not get any POST beep and it would surprise me if you even got a fan to spin.

no im building a pc and got up to the cpu which i havent yet ordered, i was just wondering if the pc would do anything without a cpu. anyway thanks for the help
