PC not booting/showing display

November 20, 2011 at 18:17:03
Specs: Windows 7, 2 Gig
Yesterday my computer froze (it did the same a few weeks ago), I hit the restart button and it would not post or show any display at all. I thought it may be the video card, however putting it into the onboard display briefly didn't seem to make a difference. I have tried everything I could possibly imagine. I've unplugged the HDD cables and replugged them in, I've reset the BIOS, I've reseated the video card countless times, I've left it off over night, I can't think of anything else to do. Lastnight when I was still trying to resolve the problem I managed to get it working briefly, (about 10 minutes) then it locked up and did the same thing again. Since then I haven't been able to get a display again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's might be virus problem but that just probably. Trying to boot from your windows 7 disk and repair it from there.

How can I boot it off of the windows 7 disc if I don't get any diplay? Which means I can't get into the BIOS to change the boot priority.
