Login as administrator. Then disjoin the laptop from the domain.
Control Panel -> System -> Computer Name Tab -> Select Workgroup instead of Domain. Type the name of your work group like "WORKGROUP" and reboot.

sorry, still does not help. the p.c has one account. the password cannot be accepted because the cuurent language is in arabic but the password's in english. tried typing the translation of the password only to be told that the user name, domain and password must be correct.

Oh, now I see the problem. You need to hack the password. There are Linux bootable CDs you can make that will allow you to reset the password but I can not tell you about them because it is hacking. Unfortunatly you will have to look on your own.

Why not just format the drive and reinstall Windows or get the original owner to type the password for you?

Other wise you are screwed because there is no way of making these changes until you can login as administrator.
