Please use correct terminology, it will makes things easier to understand. A CPU is a chip that fits in a socket on a motherboard. You listed your CPU as "I7-770" but probably meant i7-7700.

"The problem is my monitor only works with vga port at cpu"

Do you mean the VGA port on the motherboard? You need to enter the BIOS & change the graphics display from the board's port to the card in the PCIe slot. All BIOS menus are different. If you would post the make/model of your motherboard, one of us could have a look at the BIOS chapter in the manual to tell you which setting to change.

The monitor may not accept anything other than VGA. Poster did not indicate the monitor was new.

Sorry for the incorrect terminology.. i'm still new with pc stuff.. i've already change the primary display config to Pcie. And i think what othehill said was right, my monitor can only accept vga.. i've just connect the pc with my TV using hdmi to the gpu and its working fine.. it seems that i have to change to a new monitor. Nevertheless you guys have been a huge help.. thanks guys..

"Btw my monitor is phillips 192e"

According to Philips, the monitor has VGA & DVI inputs. VGA is analog, DVI & HDMI are digital. So if the video card has no DVI port, you should use a HDMI-to-DVI cable or a DVI-to-HDMI adapter.

Check your Bios settings. Or change your VGA card with HDMI. I have 144Hz gaming monitor and it works really well. I didn't face any problem. https://gamingbuff.com/best-144hz-m...
