A PC can be a desktop computer or a laptop computer - which do you have?

Blank can be all white or all black - which is it?

Is it blank at all times, or blank only after Windows (or whatever operating system) is supposed to load?

What's clour? - Do you mean colour?

If this is a laptop, see this - try plugging in an external monitor

Laptop no video, and battery, AC adapter, power jack T shooting.

See response 1:

Some laptops will display on an external monitor without you having to do anything.
Some laptops require that you must press certain keys to toggle built in display / external display / sometimes both displays - see the Owner's or User's manual for the model.

If your system is working okay otherwise, you should always have video while booting before the operating system starts to load, even if you have software problems in the operating system. The monitor and the video adapter do not require drivers on the hard drive while booting before the operating system loads.

If the monitor is external, if it is an LCD monitor, it's backlight, or much less likely, it's voltage inverter that supplies high voltage to the backlight, may be starting to fail.

Try the monitor with another working computer.

- if you get the same symptoms with another computer, if it's an LCD monitor, the monitor's backlight is probably in the earlier stages of burning out.

- if the monitor works fine with another computer, the problem is caused by your computer - there are other causes I can tell you about.

CRT monitors usually last a lot longer than LCD monitors, but if your monitor is old or defective, it might be failing.
If you haven't tried your monitor with another computer, try that.

It sounds like your power supply is failing, but check out these other possibilities...

See response 1 in this recent Topic:

The only way to rule out the power supply being the problem for sure is to try a known working power supply with your system, or, better still, to try your power supply with another working system.

Try another power supply that you already have on another computer if you can, or borrow one.

"I think i have a problem with motherboard, because when my pc boots up with blank screen on monitor it does not shows the hdd light."

The HD is not needed to get the first few screens, they are displayed by the Bios.
