It would seem there's a problem with the memory. Do you have the memory out or change it at all? Any beeps at startup or diagnostics lights?

What I get is "A,B,and C are green lights and D is a Yellow Light" and the owners manual says :

"See "Contacting Dell" in the Owner's Manual for instructions on obtaining technical assistance"

I will get a new 512mb of ram and also install a spare psu that I just got for another dell "4700". Other wise I have tried to move the two sticks of ram around and still get the same lights and not boot up. Thanks
