Panasonic tv can't connect to the internet

Specs: windows 10
Panasonic tv can't connect to the internet, it says that the internet connection is fine when I test it on the tv but as soon as I enter an app it says there is no connection. I found an old question on here from 2015 stating the same thing, back then you guys found out that it was a serverproblem at Panasonic. Anyone who has the same problem today???

As far, as I know,

I suggest to test the internet connectivity on the Panasonic TV by starting the web browser on the TV and surf to a website, that generally always works, e.g.

If this works fine, you know, that the interne connection is generally okay.

So the problem might indeed be the panasonic server.

If it's a Panasonic Viera Smart TV, read this troubleshooting guide on the Panasonic website:

If possible, use a wired connection (ethernet) rather than wireless. If there's no ethernet port to connect to near the TV, consider using a pair of powerline plugs like I did on my Smart TV. I was having constant issues using WiFi on it but after switching to ethernet instead (using powerline plugs) the connection is totally reliable and all apps on the TV work without any trouble.

Dunno but Panasonic do apparently have server problems from time to time. Best bet is to contact Panasonic.
