Packard Bell ms-6511 mobo upgrade question

Msi (motherboard) / Ms-6511

Specs: Windows XP
I would like to re-use the MS-6511 mainboard from my old Packard Bell desktop to build a slightly more powerful machine using an AMD 2800 processor. This mainboard previously operated with an AMD 1500 processor (vintage 1999). Will it "take the strain" of a more powerful processor? And are there other constraints I should be aware of? Many thanks for your help!

It's not about "strain", it's about which CPUs the board supports.
