|First, I would be surprised if a ADSL modem had a driver, generally these connect through an Ethernet cable and are therefore driver less. I suppose it's possible you have a modem wit ha USB connection, in which case it probably acts like a USB - Ethernet adapter.|
Anyhow, if connect the device and then look in Device Manager (search google if you don't know how to get there) you should see the device listed somewhere. Again, if it connects via USB, it's probably under "network adapters". You can then double click on the device and in the window that opens find out all kinds of things about the device, including "driver details" which will show you you the path to all the files associated with the device. You can then remove/uninstall the device using device manager, and then manually delete all those files that were listed.
