You're going to have to explain more clearly what you're trying to do.

Every time when i turn on my laptop instead of my windows checking my ntfs disk it says it's cancelled so when my laptop starts up i get on the internet and i'm not able to type anything in my browser mostly likely if i turn it off it's going to do the same thing

NTFS is a file system, or more simply put, how your C drive is partitioned. It sounds like the operating system is trying to perform a disk check on your C drive during start up, and for some reason, it's getting cancelled.

"so when my laptop starts up i get on the internet and i'm not able to type anything in my browser mostly likely if i turn it off it's going to do the same thing"

the NTFS file system scan being cancelled and not being able to type in your web browser have nothing to do with each other.

OK, start over and tell us what sort of problems you are having. Starting with not being able to type in your browser. What part can't you type in, the address bar, an actuall web page, etc?
