Specs: Windows XP
I just upgraded from a 350 watt to a 400 watt power supply after my old one died. I got the new one in the mail, and installed it. When I turn on the computer everything turns on (two case fans, disk drives, hard drive, and fan on my graphics card)except for the fan on my processor, and nothings shows up on my monitor(also there are no beeps from the motherboard at all). I'm not sure what to do, any ideas?

What makes u think the old 350w psu is dead? Make sure to connect the psu wires correctly, what is your system specs?Check cpu fan wire if it's connected to the motherboard. What is your new psu name and model?

Oh wow. My old psu isn't dead :( . I just found out the cpu fan IS dead though. I also tried booting up the pc and held my finger on the cpu and it isn't heating up at all. Now what?
