No video feed from my ASUS P9X79 mobo on first boot.

Specs: Windows Vista
I just got my new build powered on using an ASUS Px79 PRO motherboard and I can't get a video feed out of my card. It's a GTX 570 2560MB. When I looked at the Q-LEDs on the board the boot device LED stays on for a few seconds and then the VGA LED turns and stays on with the Q-LED code AE (Legacy Boot event). I've tried switching to a different PCI-E slot which didn't help at all. The card is also powering on fine using a standard PCI-E power connector from a 850W PSU. No other cards are present at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks guys.

"850W PSU" tells us nothing. What is the make/model & amperage specs?
