Can someone point me to a site that might list the things to check... a check list of sorts to figure out why I am not getting any sound from my speakers. I loaded the sound drivers for the Mother Board which is a EVGA nForce 750i SLI. Where would you start?
- Have you read your motherboard manaul? - Is the audio enabled in the BIOS? - Are you sure you have the correct audio drivers? Did you download them from the EVGA website? - Did you check Device Manager to see if there's any warnings associated with the sound? - Is there a volume icon in the System Tray (aka Notification Area) next to the clock? - Is the volume muted? - Are you sure you have the speakers plugged into the correct audio-out port? - Speakers are switched on? Volume is turned up? Speaker wiring is correct?
