Why are you posting in a forum rather than contacting the seller?

Make sure you're connecting the monitor cable to the video card ports, not the motherboard ports.

Contact seller.
Make sure correct video port.
If using DVI>VGA adapter, make sure DVI-I port not DVI-D port as only the first supports analog through adapter.
Contact Seller.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

"Express Delivery - Before 6:00 PM"

Was this system sent to you? Could be a transport issue; loose components inside the case...
Contact the seller and ask what to do and not void the warranty!!
