Solved No graphics drivers for Windows XP, what can I do?

Specs: Windows XP
Hello. I have a Toshiba Satellite with Windows 7 64-bit installed. I recently installed Windows XP 32-bit since I wanted to use old software. Everything's fine, my only problem is there are no drivers for my graphics card (ATI Radeon HD 5145), the drivers are only for Windows Vista and 7 (both 64 and 32 bit), but not for Windows XP.
What can I do in order to use my graphics card on XP?
Thank you.

SOLVED. What I did was download drivers for ATI Radeon HD 3000 series, and it worked.
