okay- so i have a toshiba satellite L350 laptop and im having some issues with it. Last night i fell asleep watching a movie on netflix in full screen- when i woke up this morning my screen is just black and has been ever since- i tried pressing a button to turn it back on in case it was asleep or hibernating and had no luck. i tried restarting it, no luck. i tried unplugging it- taking the battery out- and pressing the power key for 60 seconds, still no luck! does anyone know what it could be and how much it would cost to fix it! my daughter does online schooling so its important we have a computer!

The data can be saved from the existing hard drive. A housing can convert the drive to an external device. Probably a new laptop is the best solution. An attempt to repair can be decided later.
