No beep no nothing.Fans working.Reset CMOS, zip.Changed RAM,zip.

I wouldn't expect resetting the BIOS or changing the RAM would fix the problem. The lack of beep means either the CPU, PSU or motherboard are bad.

I tried all those to see if any sucess.nay!
I'm in a pickle,I have two Intel boards,1xD915GAG(just removed from system working great) and 1xD945GTP,acquired by sale from eBay.I have 2xIntel processors(3.0GHz).I have tried both these 2 processors in both boards and just get a very fast heatsink fan run and nothing else.No beep codes,zilch.Would you have any ideas as to how I can test whether the cpus or the Boards are u/s

your power supply unit (PSU) may be faulty... for isolation try it on it on other pc. or if you can replace then do it. :)
