Solved new motherboard won't go to bios

Specs: none installed, i5 4.6gGHz/8 gig
New motherboard {overclocked by supplier} won't go into bios .The MSI screen appears then a message about not having the correct map name,followed by a 5 sec. countdown after which it displays the prompt Shell>

I think you should take this up with your supplier. It sounds to me like something is being pushed beyond acceptable limits. But if a new piece of equipment isn't working, that's the supplier's responsibility.

A motherboard cannot be "factory overclocked" unless it came with the CPU & RAM pre-installed. Who installed the new board? Was it benchtested before it was installed in the case?

It came as a bundle cpu & ram installed the problem was pick up during bench test.I was wondering if there is a specific cause of the problem
