New HDD boot Issues

Specs: Windows 10, 16GB
OS - Windows 10
CPU - i5-6600K
MoBo - Z170 Gaming K6
RAM - 16GB
HDD - 1TB->2TB UEFI/GPT

I have been using a WD Blue 1TB for about a year with no issue but I filled it up fast with newer games taking up insane amounts of space so I ordered a 2TB HDD from Amazon. I used Macrium Reflect to clone the 1TB over to the 2TB and then used MiniPW to extend the volume. I have absolutely no issues while the computer is running but anytime the computer has to restart I am welcomed with a "No boot media found".

I have to power off the computer completely, disconnect the power cable, wait, and then plug it back in and power on the computer. It then boots but takes a long time with just white circles spinning and no windows 10 logo but finally boots. Then, while running, No Issues...

Do you think this is a case of a Bad Clone? Or a faulty drive?

Reasoning behind Bad Clone:
The 1TB I was using, I recently put into an older PC and followed the same procedure. I was welcomed with the same "No boot media found". I knew this drive was good and that this PC didnt need much so I just chose to do a clean install.

On the 2TB I cant seem to perform a GPT Repair successfully and Startup Repair cant repair the boot either.

Reasoning behind Faulty Drive:
The Boot Volume/Sector doesn't come into play if the drive is not shutting down fully during restart but needs a full power down to be detected by the bios. I don't know enough about UEFI though so I may be wrong here.

I have another computer that I also did the Exact same Everything. I ordered a 2TB HDD from Amazon. I used Macrium Reflect to clone the 1TB over to the 2TB and then used MiniPW to extend the volume and have had absolutely no issues.
