Specs: Windows XP, XP 3000+
Here is a system I have built on newegg (not purchased yet). What are your thoughts? I will not be purchasing a video card at the moment, waiting until my budget permits.

If you want an X3, get the Athlon II X3 435. Here's why:

Jam, it looks like the Biostar board only supports the Phenom II. I can't find any documentation stating it can also run the Athlon II.
