Apparently its a keyboard error, try disconnecting your keyboard.

1 long, 3 short = No video card or bad video RAM

http://www.bioscentral.com/beepcode...

Take out the video card & connect monitor cable to the onboard graphics port.

BTW, "WinPower PSU SL-8500BTX" = low end garbage.

tried the G850's integrated gfx using the VGA on the mobo, still the same 4 beeps, im begining to think it may be the RAM, its 1x 2GB Rendition Ram DDR3 1333MHz Module only.

Or it could be the power supply not giving out enough AMPs on the 12V rail, on the 12V+ rail is 15A and on the 12V- is 0.8A.

"im begining to think it may be the RAM"

1 long, 3 short is not RAM, it's graphics.

I'm guessing you never bothered to benchtest before final assembly? Take everything out of the case & start over. And I strongly recommend chucking that cheapazz PSU & replacing it with a reliable brand name unit. The SL-8500BTX is an extremely low quality unit manufactured by Deer/Solytech & sold under numerous brand names. How much did you pay for it, $15-20? That alone should give you a idea of it's quality.
