New Asus Laptop random shutdown

Specs: Windows 7, intel i5
Hi guys,

I bought a new Asus Laptop N53JN yesterday.
Spec:
Intel i5 cpu
nvidia geforce GT 335M
4gb ram
Windows 7 Pro (64 bits)

I leave my laptop on today and went out for a walk when I come back, it was shut down by itself. After that I tried to burn 5 DVDs and in the middle it shut down by itself too.

Sounds like a overheat problem, but then I check my CPU temperature with "PC Wizard". Here is the results:
CPU: 1263.06MHz
CPU Temp: 102 degree celcius
COre #1: 32 degree celcius
COre #2: 29 degree celcius

CPU temp 102 degree? thats impossible, my laptop is very cool + it seems the "102" degree celcius is not moving up or down, I think it may be a bug or something. COre#1 and Core#2 temperature seems a lot more reasonable to me.(and it does move up/down from times to times)

My cousins also bought a new Dell laptop last week, and guess what she has very similar problem as well, she went out for 4-5 hours and then come back and find out her laptop has been shutted down by itself....

Is it a common problem for laptop computers?
How do I fix it? For my case, I'm pretty sure it's not overheating...

*EDIT*

SpeedFan results:
GPU: 32 Celcius
Core 0: 15 Celcius
Core 1: 15 Celcius
Core 2: 10 Celcius
Core 3: 10 Celcius

Please help!

SpeedFan results:
GPU: 32 Celcius
Core 0: 15 Celcius
Core 1: 15 Celcius
Core 2: 10 Celcius
Core 3: 10 Celcius

THis is taken while installing GTA 4.

Ok, it shut down automatically again. HOwever, I notice something strange this time.

First of all, there are 2 video cards for this laptop. One Nvidia Geforce and the other is inboard Intel HD video card. It's using "Nvidia Optimus" technology.
Whenever the intel one is in-used, there is a "blue" light will be on right beside the power button. IF the Geforce video card is in-use, the light will turn to "white".

5 minutes before it shuts down, I noticed that the light keep alternating between "blue" and "white" every 2 seconds! This could be the cause why it shut down, but I don't really know why this is happening..

SO yeah, it shut down in the middle of my GTA 4 installation.... :(
