i just purchased a XFX Radeon HD 5750 Graphics adapter - 1 GB - GDDR5 SDRAM. I'm just wondering if this card is compatible with my mobo which is a asus evo-m. i know i need a vga to dvi-i adapter but will it mount to the mobo or am i going to need to take back the card and get a different one?
You should check that before you buy a card. Since you have a pci-e slot on the mobo, it will fit. The limiting factor will be your power supply. The specs for it are 30 amps on the 12volt rail and 450 watts. List the specs of your psu to be sure.
