Specs: Windows 7
Cannot get into Windows, computer keeps trying to connect, when F2 Phoenix set up is asking for a password

That's a BIOS password - not easy to remove on a modern computer as it was put there by someone as a security feature. Ask the computer manufacturer and be prepared to prove ownership.

Is this a desktop or laptop? With a desktop there should be a 'clear cmos' jumper on the motherboard. With the power cord removed you jumper it to the clear position for a few seconds and then back to standby. That usually removes the password too.

I'm not sure if the 'SecureCore (tm)' bios' are set up that way but you can check.
