Specs: Windows 7
my windows xp wont start it says system 32\drivers\pci.sys is missing or corrupt i dont have the original setup cd-rom disk i have used f1and orther fnumbers it will show me whats on my windows xp but i dont know what to do i was wondering if i could download a free setup dixk useing my windows 7 pc to use on my windows xp its says download repair kit but i cant get into windows xp to do this

Have you made any hardware changes that may have caused this problem? We can't tell you where to download a Windows XP ISO image because it violates forum policy, but Google may be able to help. You just need to boldly enter the correct search terms. If you find it, it will have to be burned to a CD using a program such as ImgBurn: http://www.filehippo.com/download_i...

The PCI.sys is known to be a target for a lot of viruses. Have you tried to start your computer with the F8 key and select last good known configuration? Or even safe mode?
