There may be an option in the BIOS to do this. But I expect that the default will already be to the highest possible value.

Why do you feel you need more video memory? Even if you're able to increase the memory amount by changing a BIOS setting, you'll notice very little difference in graphics performance. Also, you'll be taking memory away from the system. If you're asking about a laptop, you're stuck. If you have a desktop machine, invest in a video card instead.
