At what point does it stop booting Windows? Do you get any error messages? Does it even get past the BIOS screen? You have to give more precise details of your problem in order to get a useful answer.

I can get pass the BIOS screen. But I already re-format the HD in one partition (146GB) only. So when I re-install a windows XP, but it power cut off or hang in windows setup at about remaining 34 min. Also I burnt a ubuntu CD couldn't boot up in try ubuntu in CD or install in HD. Is the original partiton crash so failed to install other OS or motherboard problem ?
