Specs: Windows XP
it was 80 gb on others computer but when it comes to my pc it shows 32 gb

Did you move any jumpers on the drive when moving it to that computer? Are you trying to install WinXP on that drive? If so, you need to use NTFS. WinXP and newer versions of Windows will not allow you to format FAT32 partitions larger than 32GB. That is by design. If you MUST use FAT32 you will need to format the partition using a third party tool. See the link below. The 5th bullet addresses this topic.

Some older motherboards (before 2000) were limited to 32 GB hard drives.
